Is Your Wedding Date Available?
Enter your information and preferences below and we’ll let you know if your wedding date is available. If your date is available, we will “soft hold” your date for 48 hours so you can book your wedding date and then set up an appointment to discuss your wedding details.
About Soft Holds
*Should your date be available, we will inform you of your the start and expiration of your 48-hour Soft Hold period. A “Soft Hold” provides you:
- 1st in Line for Inquiries: If/when we get an inquiry for the availability of your date, we let them know that there is someone ahead of them in the priority for booking that date until your Soft Hold expires (it lasts 48 hours).
- Right of 1st Refusal for Booking Requests: If/when someone else is ready to book your date during your Soft Hold period, we will give you the right of first refusal for a short period of time (usually around 4-6 hours) so you can choose to book your date or pass on your date, allowing someone else to book.

To book your special 2020 package at the steeply discounted rate, there are just three things we require:
- Package must be paid in full up front (partial payment option available—see partial payment details)
- All payments must be by cash or check (pre-booking can be done by card—see pre-booking details)
- Wedding date must be in 2020
About Pre-Booking
Available dates are limited and we expect remaining dates to be in high demand and book quickly at these special rates. Pre-booking automatically reserves your date if it is still available. We honor pre-booking requests before all other inquiries. If, for any reason, your date is not available, you will receive a full refund and helpful referrals to recommended pros in our area. Pre-booking does have a slightly higher rate of $2085 to account for card processing fees.
About Partial Payments
While our best deal (55-60% off) is available to those ready to pay in full, we recognize that not every couple can do this—and we want to make our services as accessible as we reasonably can. We do offer flexible partial payment options that still provide significant discounts to the full package value:
- 45-50% off on packages with 70/30 payment plans
- 70% paid on booking, 30% paid on delivery of final deliverables
- Special Package Payments: $1,750/$750
- 33-40% off on packages with 40/40/20 payment plans
- 40% paid on booking, 40% paid 60 days before wedding date, 20% paid on delivery of final deliverables)
- Special Package Payments: $1,200/$1,200/$600

Who is Knox Wedding Creative?
We are a Tennessee-based small business producing stunning wedding work since 2008. You can find more about us above or ask us any questions you might have. As for getting to know us, we are very easy to work with and consistently product quality work. All of our customers have been extremely satisfied with the services we provided for their weddings. To protect you, all wedding packages do come with a contract detailing the entire package for you. In addition, our award-winning owner, Ben Moser, loves the East Tennessee community, has over a decade of experience in weddings, and has served on the Board of Directors for the Professional Photographers of East Tennessee since 2013 (including serving as President and Chairman). He is also an Eagle Scout, a Dignitary with the Knoxville Chamber of Commerce, and an ambassador for the City of Knoxville.
Why a 2020 special?
To be very honest, we want to grow our family and we are looking to put ourselves into a better financial situation! By offering a very limited number of very special offers, we can accomplish our personal family goals in 2020. This is truly a limited time and limited quantity special offer—once we hit our goal, the offer will end so we can spend more time together as a family and enjoy the fruits of our labor.
Are there any catches or drawbacks to the special packages?
There are no unwritten catches—we’ve published all the details above and have tried to be as transparent about what you get. All the special packages (with no added options) are Digital Download only packages with one professional shooter to limit our expenses so we are able to offer such a low price for the package (with no sales taxes, too). These packages will have a generally longer timeline for delivering the photos or videos than our standard packages (4-6 months vs. 2-3 months) and our standard packages have traditionally come with product credit to spend on heirlooms and art, and these package do not. However, you do have the option to speed up the delivery timeline and add those same heirlooms and art to your package for a lower price than we’ve offered in the past, too!
